What is included in a window cleaning?
Glass, screens and tracks, with sills and ledges wiped, inside and out. Every window is checked before the crew leaves.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes, for window cleaning and window tinting. Pressure washing is a residential service only.
What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing is low pressure and is used on the house itself: siding, stucco, brick and painted surfaces. Pressure washing is for hard outdoor surfaces like driveways, walkways, patios and decks.
How often should I soft wash my house?
We recommend soft washing your home at least once a year to keep it looking its best.
Will washing hurt my plants?
No. We shield plants and landscaping from the cleaning solution and the water while we work.
What does the holiday light service include?
Custom design, professional installation, in-season maintenance and complete removal. We handle everything from start to finish.
Are you insured?
Yes. Malibu Window Cleaning is insured and bonded.
